No platoons with twos on the bench. Have to be threes or worse at all positions.

To elaborate: No bench player can be rated better than a 3 at any position, except pitchers. You can use a 2 or even a 1 at SS or 2B or wherever, as long as your defensive range of your 8 'non-pitcher' starters total 25 or higher.
