Duration of injuries

Can anyone refresh my memory or show me where to read about length of injuries? For example, if a player played in 150 games, is there a limit on how long he can be out for an injury? Thanks

If ABs+BBs is greater than 600, a player can't be injured more than 3 games.
Games played doesn't enter into the equation.
At least, that is what I have been led to believe.

Adam is correct (I can never remember whether it is 600+ or 601+, apparently 601+). If ABs + BBs exceed 680 (again, Im not sure whether 680 or 681 is required), then a player can never be injured for more than the remainder of the game.
