I couldn't and can't imagine someone pitching 100 innings and not getting a card in the regular set...

How many starts did Devenski have? If it was more than say six, I think he should have gotten a starting pitcher designation.

Devenski had 5 starts and I'd hoped he might be an S5/R3 or something like that. Oh well...

He is, in the board game, it here in the online game they decided to drop his starter rating. Not the first time they've done this ala Logan Verret last year.

Every player in the last 3 sets with 5 GS (Devenski had 5, not 4) has been rated a SP.

Verret had 4 starts. Too many relief innings compared to starter innings to give Devenski an S seems to make sense.

Devenski average less than 5 innings per start. Glorified spot starter (even though it was 4 in a row at one point).

Interesting... I believe he should have been given a starter designation. I don't have him in a league and have no horse in this race but I just think he should have been given the S5. However, I can see the other side of the debate.
