2016 Injuries

I apologize for the "dumb" question but...How do I tell if Super Advanced Injuries is turned on or off when I select a league to join in the new 2016 set?

Not entirely sure, but I think you have to create your own league to select that option

In Garica's latest blog, he states

One thing I wanted to note, the individual pitcher injury rule is back as an option for those who wish to use it. Pitcher injury ratings are displayed for this season but only come into play if the league is using this option (it's not the default). You see a green plus sign (+) besides the name of the league
