re the new rule changes -

I have three prospects (after this year's promotion of Cody Reed).

I have 5 prospect picks scheduled for this year - 2 in the first round, and 1 in each of the last 3 rounds.

Since I can have only as many as 6 prospects for this 2017 year, and since I want to keep my three existing prospects, I will forfeit my prospect picks in rounds 3 and 4 this year - picks #70 and #94.

All of this is subject to any trades that I do between now and the time that I must announce this definitively. Having said this, I don't think I can legitimately trade my 70th and 94th overall prospect picks, unless I were to also trade away 1 or more prospects or picks to make room for the 70th and 94th picks.

Having said all of this, I am very happy with my existing prospects, having 2 first round prospect picks, and a second round prospect pick. I'm not complaining or asking for a trade - I'm just recapping it to make sure I understand it correctly.
