might do a 12 team no way a 24, from what I've seen to difficult to keep it running. to tough to find 24 guy to stay dedicated.

I would be in if the rules could include
any player with MLB experience is draft eligible
and would love untimed draft as I am in China.....

12 is probably best as 24 is harder to wrangle....
IMO if you do do 24, the number of prospects should be low so weak teams can rebuild faster
it is also worth considering a smaller number of pre draft keepers per roster (30 IMO is too many in a 24 team league)

What about a 20 team league? Is that possible or are 12 or 24 the only options in 365?

I like the idea of a salary cap as it introduces the very real challenge of building a winning team while managing a budget. You could increase the cap each season or have a couple of designated franchise players that don't count against the cap.
I'd prefer drafting only carded players or limiting teams to a 40 man roster.

I'd definitely have an interest in a startup keeper league. Wouldn't care about league size & with that being said you should check with STRAT to see if they'd help with a custom league size (say 16 or 20) if the thinking is that 12 is too small & 24 is too large. Also agree with an earlier post to go without a salary cap. I don't believe you should eventually be penalized if you happen to, over time, build a great team.

I'm interested, and 24 teams is perfect in my experience...seems like there is plenty of interest already too.

I was trying to think of some different rules that might make it easier for teams to rebuild and keep everyone's interest. Maybe something like restricting the prospect draft to teams that don't make the playoffs?

Just a thought.
