Can I quit the league and then take Heekin's spot so I can get Trout?

chasenally said he sent his proxy in to hk, but he's gone for the morning so we may have to wait a bit.

if it helps, I'm on Spring Break (teacher) and can take proxies if anyone needs to send one in.

also, I just noticed this league is using the Regular card set. I didn't notice that before. I would really like to see us use the Unleashed set. SOM is too arbitrary (in my opinion) on who is regular and who is unleashed. look at Seager last year and Benintendi this year.

don't know if it needs a vote or can just be changed since we really haven't done anything yet.

something happened with my computer and for some reason Strat site is the ONLY site that won't load. just keeps saying connection timed out. I've tried re-booting the router and modem, did a full scan, etc.... I had to get on an anonymizer site to get in here. My laptop and home computer both won't load any strat sites. if you have suggestions, please let me know. anyway, until this gets figured out I may have difficulty following along. I'm really annoyed right now. Every other website I go to is loading quickly and normally.
