6) After the spring free agent draft is complete, Prospects can be promoted to the major league roster at any time, provided there is roster space available. Once promoted all prospects lose their prospect status, and cannot be demoted back to prospect status.

The Spring FA draft is not complete until all rosters are at 30 players, so I would think not.

Cal's interpretation is correct. Since it does not effect a draft pick that has taken place, trade can be retro active

We are deep enough into the draft now that any further prospect promotion is now closed. If you make a trade involving a rostered prospect at this point, it is with the understanding that he cannot be promoted until after the FA draft, and then only according to the league rules.

Starting tomorrow, for the next couple of rounds we will use one hour time slots like last year. If everyone behind you has picked, you may pick immediately; you would not need to wait for your time slot to make your selection.

This evening, I will post the draft time slots for tomorrow. Time slots will run from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM Eastern Time each day.
