Remember the clock starts on Monday 3/20/17 at 9:00 am EST. I will be able to help with proxy picks from 10:00 am EST to 2:00 pm EST and again from 7:00 pm EST to 11:00 pm EST. Don't skip anyone twice during the first 4 rounds of the draft after that unlimited skipping can occur. A few of examples of how the clock/skipping works for this league:
Example #1 if you check in and you have let's say the 5th pick Monday morning which occurs at 11:00 am EST it's 10:38 am EST and everyone ahead of you in the draft has made their pick you can pick earlier than 11:00 am EST.
Example #2 if you check in and you have that 5th pick at 11:00 am EST and picks before you haven't picked yet you have to wait until 11:00 am EST to make your pick.
Example #3 if you check in and are ready to make your pick and notice that someone ahead of you in the first 4 rounds is about to get skipped twice make a post saying the draft has been paused. At that point, the clock is off and don't skip anyone until we can get in touch with that owner. I feel like the first 4 rounds are critical to keeping a team viable for long term success. After that, an owner can be skipped at will.
