If there is a pick after 4pm PDT, the clock is off

Joe, the clock doesn't expire until 7pm PDT. The clock ISN'T off at 4pm. If someone picks at 5pm he DOESN'T have until 10am. That would be 5 clock hours, not 3.

hey, does anyone have an answer for this question?

BTW, how do you draft a park without using a proxy or being a draft admin who can force the pick in there?

Go to:

Draft Players
Batters
All

Then they are spinkled throughout the list alphabetically by city. 'Draft' should be there when it's your turn, just like with hitters.
