Guys,

I want to find out what everyone thinks before we proceed and skip Az for the second time. Most of the other leagues I am in will pause the draft once someone is about to be skipped for the second time. I have sent a PM and a text to Az letting him know that his pick was skipped and that we are close to his next pick. I know we all want to get the draft done and on to the prospects and the actual season. But, I also want to be fair to Az, maybe he has a situation that is out of his control that will not allow him to make his picks. Please let me know what you think we should do?

I texted him last night when is pick came up, he said he was coaching a baseball game and would pick later. So I'm a little surprised we've gone another full round.

Hey guys, I am going to say I am okay being skipped. I am going through the available players right now and will have my picks in shortly but for the rest of the draft I am okay being skipped. I do not want to hold back the draft.

I think it is in the best interest of everyone to wait.

I understand it can be frustrating and we can't wait forever, but the league will be healthier if everyone is engaged.

That said, most of the picks at this point are not going to make our 25 man rosters, so they are not as important and if we vote to skip again, I understand that too...
