Can someone create a custom league for us to draft out of? I don't know how to do that. Is just '64 excluded OR all years before '64? What about ballparks from the applicable prohibited year(s)?

I asked Strat and they created a set of players called "ATG 1964-Today". When creating your team, pick this from the "Shuffle the deck" option.

I can't do that until I'm comfortable no future players will be thrown out.
