that's why I only threw one back. not at all happy about mike witt, but can use him for ranger's rule, and figured out how to incorporate the other stiffs easier than some of the guys dealt on the draw. would love to have gotten RIPKEN for free, or PEDRO. some guys have ALL the luck.,...

Yes, he is ineligible. Per RangerJoe's rule below, any SP between $3m and $4m is ineligible. Likewise, any SP between $6m and $7m is also ineligible.

RangerJoe - Every team must have a SP worth >$8M. Every team must have a SP worth between $7M-8M, every team must have a SP worth between $4M-6M. The remaining SP (including those for relief) must be worth <$3M

I think pacoboy has to give Mr Baseball World a new, random player. Same for any other SP who only has cards in $3-$4m range and $6-$7m range.

pacoboy - we will again also keep performing "C" until you are compliant with all rules and have 5 eligible players which can not be cut for the entire season.

I am out all day today. If anyone has SP in these price ranges with NO OTHER CARD OPTIONS- please list them here and then someone can run a new set of numbers from 1 to 1210. ( hoping not to dupe anything already run this round)

If anyone else has any player who is card only as a SP between $3m and $4m, a SP between $6 and $7m, a pitcher with a defensive rating of 1, or a hitter with a defensive rating of 1, state so here. Such players will be dropped and a new keeper card will be dealt.
