Re: 17.2 Card Add Nominations NOW OPEN until 4/18 or 100 car

PostSat Apr 08, 2017 11:13 am

As advertised this upcoming Card Add will be open, so nominate any player you want. To create some order to this process, when you post your nomination please do so listing your SOM handle/Player nominated/Year/Team/POS/Stat line

One Nomination per! Tks

Including the stat line or other reason to vote for this guy will help me tremendously as I build the polls.

For example if I wanted to nominate Chuck Stevens (the second oldest living major leaguer) I would post the following...
Rosie2167/Chuck Stevens/1948/SLB/1B/261-354-341-695, 2nd oldest living player!

We'll keep the nominations open until April 18th or until we get to 100, then we'll vote. I'll ask SOM to post a link to this topic within the Front Office.

My suggestion is a recent player who is not in our player pool, and was almost exclusively used as a DH for the Indians.

Travis Hafner / 2006 / CLE / DH / .308 / .439 / .659 / 1.097 OPS / Led AL in SLG and OPS / supertyphoon

I suggest 2003 Eric Dubose. I know, I know, not exactly an all star. But anybody who played the 2003 set knows he was one of the best value players of any 200X set and it would bring back a lot of great memories from when I started playing online SOM to be able to use him again.
