what are the out of compliance penalties for the salary cap themes? over 90m before 30 wins, or over 90m AFTER game 120?

Should we add to Glenn's recap that on your autograft list, you can only have one SP over 9M and only one SP between 7-8M?

Are the themes active for the autograft list and pre-season?

What about the 1969 Mets? I thought we had to have 1 player on our draft card?

Yes.

None of the themes, other than Anthony's, said they applied to the autodraft and/or pre-season. Therefore, they do not.

Do we put our five mandatory players on top or bottom of our draft lists? On top makes sense but I want to be sure.

I would say at the bottom, since you already own them. If someone accidentally picks one up, they have to drop the player or trade them to the rightful owner. if we know everyone is putting them at the bottom, there is no risk of any draft-time chicanery. Not that I would it expect it from anyone.

Problem is that for some of the mandatory players there are multiple cards.
