The new advanced injury system is a very interesting option. However, the flaw in it is that a team can get a substantial number of injuries for long periods with no ability to place those injured players on a disabled list and replace them with healthy players. My current team has 5 pitchers injured and has only 6 healthy pitchers. This becomes a very unrealistic situation in that my relievers will be starting and I will be down to 1 relief pitcher. Strato really need to create the ability to disable players who will be lost for 15 games or more otherwise there is no realism in the leagues using the advanced injury system. I can honestly see my team going down to 3-4 healthy pitchers before I get any pitchers back.
Besides my team, we now have a team in our league down to 3 active pitchers. It is just too much. Strato either needs to modify the Advanced Injury System or allow the replacement of players injured for 15 games or more.
Thanks for posting the league--I have been watching for a few days.
A thought occurred to me.
Has anyone tried five High injury starters, with very good low injury relievers (that will get the starts when normal starters are hurt)--I guess the high injury Pitchers aren't priced down like high injury hitters are, so it may not be a viable strategy.
