Late League Assignments

First 9 numbers will be in League 7 and last 8 will be in league 8. I will do a separate randomization undisclosed for the last 7 slots and will assign new entries to leagues based on that as they sign up. Deadline to enter is 11:59 pm next Wednesday. After that time, I will assign fillers. If we have 12 or fewer signed up by Wednesday night, I will have the two leagues merged. I will also start a filler list today to have people ready.
