New 24 team DH league forming, with Super Reliever restrictions.
No reliever-only pitchers with duration of 3, 4 or 5 allowed who cost 3 million or more.
So, someone like Murray, a R4, would not be allowed, as he costs 5.99m.
Neither would Miljus, a R5m who costs 4.66m.
Neither would 1977 Bruce Sutter, a R3 costing 5.71m.
Babe Adams WOULD be allowed, since although he costs 8.81m and has a duration of R5, he is not a reliever ONLY (he can also start, which raises his price).
Paul Carter would be allowed, since although he is R5 duration, he costs only 1.35.
And Trevor Hoffman is allowed, since although he costs 5.81m, his duration is R1.
