by my count, we have not heard from bigmahon or JMP1 yet either.

Awesome guys. Lots of leagues could not have a mature dialog.

I agree with most of what jflatour says, I might like to limit the # of prospects allowed on roster to 4 0r 5 ,and would not mind 25 as the keeper number

but again I also would not mind having no prospects ,even though I love the draft process , competitiveness ,I believe , is the priority.

Before we can start the drafts, we should probably resolve the various structural questions.

So the prospect draft here is random? That will not work long term. Worst to first and not serpentine. Random just feeds the winners. What if I or JT got the first pick? We need to change this NOW. For this season, before this draft.

There is no sense is Willmurr getting the 3rd pick and me getting back to back 12 and 13. He should pick 12 and 24. I should pick 11 and 23.

agree with Turtle wholeheartedly on random order for prospects, have been campaigning for this for a while

How did Willmur get Kris Bryant when he had Trout and Harper. Wouldn't Bryant have been the No. 1 pick in a prospect draft? Surely he didn't finish last with those 2 guys.

Also supplemental draft should only be for players in this card set. Alemdys Diaz shouldn't have been included. He was a rookie and should have been FA draft only.

1. Worst to first prospect draft
2. Only players carded can be drafted in supplemental draft and FA draft.
3. Prospects must have 0 MLB at bats.
4. Limit prospects on rosters to 2 years.
5. Max prospects at 8 (not 4, allowing rebuilding teams to keep them longer and choose players in Rookie or A ball)

These will help a ton. the first one is almost inexplicable how it lasted this long as a random event. It is the No.1 way to rebuild, not the FA draft which are 1-year wonders.
