This might require another quickie vote...but I definitely thought what Meat thinks. Hasn't it always been that we couldn't draft guys who had been carded? I thought the change we just made this week was that we couldn't draft anyone who had played MLB, ever, at the time of the draft. Bellinger would no longer qualify for the prospect draft as he played today.
That's what I thought.
It makes the prospect draft more about true prospects than just looking at the leading rookies at draft time...and beefs up the free agent draft significantly in the spring.
