read the whole proposal...as I said, exceptions always made when you check in with someone and let us know what's going on. as al has done, and others too, especially when we get to later rounds.."okay to skip." helps too. when skips spill into another round unexplained it feels like a waste of two hours that can often produce many picks when people are involved or proxying.
