live draft gets this done in 2 hours.....and i bet it takes less than 48 hours for all 12 of us to agree on a 2-hour time slot/date to draft.....and not clear schedules for 2 weeks drafting like its in the 19th century ..?? thoughts...???

Do we want to try to all agree on a time for a 2 hour live draft? If we could find a time that everyone would be available, we could try to get SOM to set up a draft with the ranked draft positions. It seems to me that if there isn't a general agreement, we can't change the draft format. If we don't get a live draft, we can speed up the message board draft by sending proxies to a manager that picks after you. If anyone sends me proxies, I won't open them until their pick comes up.

We could set a time limit here also if everyone could agree. Everyone has to agree I feel. Say 9am to 9pm EST every 2 hours or something like that?

NO PROXIES, advantages are advantages....even if they seem small.

If someone selected after me and sent me their pick, who is to say that was not the person i was going to draft
If someone selected before me and sent me their pick, I now gain knowledge of players who will not be available when i pick
AND if ONE manager keeps receiving other's picks, might as well gift this championship to that person....because the knowledge you would be working from would dwarf us....you could cater the perfect team knowing what picks are coming up....

Live draft yes, pick a time and day and I will clear the schedule. ALOT easier to clear 1 day for a couple hours than 2 weeks of on and off checking boards I do not participate on.
