question. how do we handle HAL giving another team one of your players?

As long as everyone checks the forum or the league lists page to double check the picked players, before entering their draft card. We should not have that happen. List there players number 24 and 25 you should get your players. If there is a mishap the 2 teams will trade for the right player.

How do we get the special 13=13-13-13 ballpark. Do we just pick an existing one and let Strat change the numbers to 13s?
