How do we get the special 13=13-13-13 ballpark. Do we just pick an existing one and let Strat change the numbers to 13s?

When I grouped the players 1-12 and 12-1 it adds up to 13. So I decided to make the cap $131300000 and ask SOM if they could make a park all 13's to go along with the theme.
