I would do this deal, but only if my understanding of the rules are correct that this would be an extra pick for me in that draft and not merely an upgrade of my own 5th round pick (which might not even be an upgrade)

In other words, you need to at least get an upgrade to a future 4th rd pick to make a stadium pick swap worthwhile
