1/2 team league drafting now

i have never created a league, but here goes. any help or advice would be appreciated.
2016 unleashed
5 halfs each. 2 pitching, 3 hitting or 3 pitching, 2 hitting
Player has to be carded to your team
100 mil
no trades
5 % FA penalty
draft is 1-12,12-1,1-12,12-1,12-1

Geekor just finished a 5 round 1/2 draft almost exactly like this one. The only difference was the 5th round was non-serpentine. IOW, 1-12, 12-1, 1-12, 12-1, 12-1. That tends to equal out things better for those who picked near the end. Kinda throwing them a bone, if you will. Other than that your rules are right on target. But feel free to do as you wish, you're the Commish.

After 12 sign up you'll recruit someone not in the league to do a randomizer for draft order.

I'll sign up and I don't mind helping you if needed.
