My apologies, you are correct! I had forgotten that the draft order sequence and the league division sequence were no longer the same in this league.

The original division posting had been based on the 2015 card set results (2 seasons) instead of just the previous season record, as required in the rules.

6) Divisional assignments for each subsequent season (from Summer to Winter during the year of the initial card set and from Winter to the following Summer season, etc.) will be determined by the final win/loss records of the previous season, with the four best teams in the East division, the following four in the Central, and the remaining four in the West.
