Power Hitters - Forbes 65

Musial. T. Williams, Babe Herman. A. Vaughan. O'Doul. Bagwell(He hits in Amy park) High OBP guys.

Always a dilemma but seems like you need at lest one power guy to win consistently on he road.

Preferences? Success stories?

Thanks!

What cap?
I just finished an $80M team that won 102 games and the title. Hit 91 HRs total, with Felipe Alou leading the way with 35.

In my experience, I would use a power hitter in that park only if there are at least 2 power parks in division, or if the league has a majority of power parks throughout. In a 12-team league you will spend only 6 (and sometimes 3) games at each out-of-division opposing park, so you don't want to overthink what do do about them as you dilute the advantage you will have for 81 games at home.

I like to play this park pretty straight, ignore power, and go exclusively with lefties who hit doubles and triples, e.g.

That said, your suggestions are good ones. Musial might be my pick because of durability and his strength against lefties. I also like Turkey Stearnes here. For a little less dough George Selkirk's $6.76m.
