DUAL FRANCHISE LEAGUE SEASON 16

This is the 16th Season of the Dual Franchise League. This league is using the ATG POST WWII CARD SET. Salary cap will be 145 million, 5% drop, using a DH with no waivers.

Each manager must pick one team from each column below. For the most part teams on the left are original franchises and most teams on the right are expansion franchises. (there are some exceptions however, and some teams have been combined because of lack of players). A manager has exclusive rights to players on his rosters, if a player is on more than one roster, he belongs to the team where his salary is highest. We are using a Serpentine draft, so each manager picks one team an then we reverse the order. You can make your first pick from either column. List of teams will be posted below. Official draft order will follow.

We have 11 of 12 managers returning so we are looking for one more player. If anyone would like to join the league please post below. First come first serve will fill the vacancy.

There are no teams listed in the search menu for Tampa . There are a half dozen players on Tampa who may be roster worthy: Zorbrist, Longoria, Carl Crawford, Carlos Pena and David Price come to mind, In Order to find these players you need to search the FA roster by name OR BY POSITION.

Also....it is a bit confusing but any player on the Senators who played in 1961 or earlier belongs to the Twins franchise, and anyone who played in 1962 or later for them belongs to the Rangers. This does not involve many players, But Camilio Pascual comes to mind, he is property of the Twins.

Also different from last season; THE CUBS, WHITESOX AND PIRATES ARE STANDING ALONE AS ORIGINAL FRANCHISES ....AND THE ORIOLES ARE NOW AN EXPANSION FRANCHISE. IN addition Tampa is now combined with the Rockies while Arizona is now paired with the Marlins.
