Tampa Bay Rays 17.3 Team Add, now which season?

The problem with adding pieces of a franchise is that we will get the "best" of the franchise without necessarily the scrubs that are essential for 80 and 100 leagues. The '99 Diamondbacks already have a certain number of players in the set so the extra players could either be other Diamondbacks or players from other expansion franchises to allow them to at least begin to be a little competitive. In addition, the 1990s are poorly represented relatively speaking in the set.

Sorry I probably didn't explain the current plan very well. If we go down this path we'd make sure to allocate 4-5 spots for bench players. That said I'm open to exploring adding the best of the 4 most underrepresented franchises or even the 2 most, the side effect though will be 4 franchises that still don't have full squads.

I feel like every software company that's reviewing their product roadmap, trying to slot all the new additions they want to build...always too many to slot.
