When there's a core4, 5 or now 6+ guy that also has another affiliated club he is treated like we used to treat a core4...gotta put him on your auto draft list or you risk losing him in waivers.

I've loaded one of my teams but not both. I have a bit of an issue.I am out of the country Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. If I miss both the autodraft and waivers things will be a complete mess with the player assignments. (unless I somehow get all 25 of my guys on both teams).

I can load my team monday if the waivers would be friday so that I have time to look stuff over and fix it, or I can submit my Expos thursday night.

Let me know what works best.

another mgr is traveling this week as well. the earliest I will load my second club will be the 30th to accommodate his availability, although the challenge with that day is waivers will run on Friday 9/1...Labor Day weekend. We could also wait until the Tuesday after Labor Day if having the Monday of Labor Day as our opening day is challenging for some.

Rick Reed shows 4 cards "carded" to the NY Mets, but on your spreadsheet, Rosie, it shows only 3 for the Mets.

Clarification?

I am back in the town on the 29th so if we run waivers and start free agency anytime on or after the 30th that works for me. I am free labor day weekend except football draft which won't interfere with waivers/free agency in this league. If others want to wait past labor day that is fine as well.

Is there a minimum number of core 5 players that we need to have? (It doesn't look like the minimum is an issue in this format, due to the inherent need to protect players that the spreadsheet shows even 1 season with another team).

Sure - the 'cards' don't mean anything any longer. Each player has been reviewed for the actual teams played for during the 90's (and sometimes into the 2000s on a case by case basis). In Rick Reed's case he played for the Met's 97-99 IN THE 90s.
