Strange season for this edition of the Pylons. We started 18-36, going nowhere. Then reeled off a stretch of 42-26 to climb back into the very tight races, a stretch too long to be considered a fluke. Finally, from there we finished off going 11-29 and ended up dead last in the entire league.

Sometimes I hate this game.

So when does season 46 start?

I'm with you Falcon. This game can really suck.

My team did about the opposite of yours as I documented. After a great start, we had that horrendous stretch and then finished winning six of 9 series including a sweep of Semper to close it. 16-10 at the end. Too little to even get us out of the East for next go 'round, but at least it was nice to win a few.

We'll start NLD 46 once the playoffs end and everyone weighs in on their availability. I assume we'll use a $100 cap unless people really don't want to do that.

Thanks Joe. Really needed that assist.
Yeah, I guess so. Sorry Semper, my team found it's stroke just in time to knock you off.

Playoffs are underway. Jeep is one away from advancing but the other two are neck-and-neck....

Well, you got the first one Smoke, just need two more. Stoney will also need two more as the Spider-Man took the game last night.

Did not want this to go 7 games, especially after jumping up 3-1. Now Kershaw (don't get me wrong I'm glad he's going tonight) has to go Game 7 which means only one start for him if I make The Finals. But, it seems like when someone is down 1-3 like Smokey was, they usually complete the comeback. I'm not very optimistic despite Kershaw.

It seems that way when you're in your position, but I can remember falling short in game 7 being on the other side so don't give up hope. That well known "power hitter" Grossman was a killer. He hit's a 1-6 HR (2b the rest) after Wieters gets a 1-10 bpsi. That stings.

I see that Spidey closed out Stoney with some luck, Matt Reynolds isn't exactly a super star, but Stoney had gone through his pen after an early exit by Strasburg so Osich isn't good v RHP. In the end, Reynolds got a double off of his own card to tie it in the 9th and Miggy ended it in the 10th.

One could think that Reynolds' performance was "luck," but I had been saving him for the perfect opportunity - and he didnt fail me. :D

Stoney roughed up my guys in his wins, while mine came through in the tight games. :o

GL Spider :D

My two best starters (by far) can go but 1 time in The Finals. Pretty sure I'm doomed. The one thing I wanted most in the series with Smokey was to not have to use Kershaw a second time. I was able to edge Smokey in a Game 7 thriller, but it came at a cost.
