What a game 7 between Jeep and Smokey, 11 innings and a 2-1 game. Hazelbaker ends it with a straight shot HR, but Smoke had 17 LOB (ouch) and Jeep had 10. No matter who ended up losing that one it was going to smart.

Yep, looking at games this season, Jeep kills me in my park. I may be able to sneak in a win for Hendricks in my park, but Miranda, and Chacin or Clevenger are dead meat against Jeep there.

Rats! Miranda pitched well, but Jeep's late-innings HR barrage destroyed my pen. All of his HRs came on his cards. That game 4 was agonizing to watch as they kept hitting the long ones.

Now I hope Hendricks, Hill and Martinez can work some magic.

It's because of the pitching matchups that I needed those two games. A similar scenario is how Smokey got back into the series. Relying on my "O" to get one more win for me.

Well - I would have thought that scoring 5 runs with Hendricks on the mound would give me a shot at a win. Unfortunately, Jeep scored 5 in the top of the first and Hendricks was out. Then my bullpen went to work and only gave up 17 more.

Congratulations to Jeep who dominated my guys all season long.
