Well THAT sure didn't work the way I'd hoped. I had a few LHRP listed in my Auto Draft list, and then a few RHRP in the next group, with both groups set to draft 1 guy. However I'd turned off the Auto Draft so when my turn came up I'd have a last chance to review it because I still need a ballpark too.
So my turn comes up, and of course nothing happens. I decide to go ahead and proceed with 1 LHRP and 1 RHRP so I turn on the Auto Draft. And still nothing happens. I guess I had to have it turned on when it came to my turn. No problem, I can go in and manually draft my top LHRP, Zach Duke. I do it. And then since it's my turn again right away Auto Draft kicks in and drafts... my #2 LHRP, not my #1 RHRP. I guess I should've set the Max for my LHRP group to zero before manually drafting Duke.
Lessons learned:
1. Don't try to be too clever.
2. Pay attention!
Has anyone ever won by leaving their ballpark to the very last pick, #240 overall?
