I would give it one more day. Obviously all the games in MLB have played but sometimes you see players' cars change with a 1 day delay. So a pitcher might pitch Monday night and have a good game ( or a bad game) and its not until Wednesday when you see the card change. Sometimes that is not the case ( and the card updates the next day) but to be safe I probably would see how the cards look tomorrow before locking in your lineups .
After that the cards shouldn't change unless there is something that I don't know about ( and it's different than last year).
