Dan Hudson 2010 (split season). For Arizona he was almost lights out. .84 whip in 79 innings. But Arizona needs help, and this is the most dominant year I could find, other than adding another Goldschmidt

You can also consider Jay Bell 1999 2B. All the years with the Pirates and this was his best offensive year 289/.374/.557/.931 But pretty poor defensively.
