DUAL FRANCHISE LEAGUE SEASON 17

I am in.
I am not fond, however, of players being reassigned to franchises to which they never played. I can live with Bonds a Pirate, Seaver a Red, Greinke a Royal, etc. because they're historically legit. Joe DiMaggio a Cardinal though - just seems wrong.

Okay a couple of changes/updates here:

With several of you voicing your displeasure with some players being moved, I have tweaked the player list, so that now all the players have played for said team sometime during their career. So Maris has replaced DiMaggio on the Cards roster, Papelbon goes to Phillies and several others have just been dropped from any team change.
SO PLEASE CHECK THE LIST BEFORE YOU DRAFT.

Secondly I corrected the Senators/Rangers/Twins confusion.


And lastly, it looks like everyone is returning; HARMONK is a friend of mine, I have not spoken with him in awhile, so I will reach out to him today, I am pretty sure he will be back.

And I think I will have some fun this season and take my hometown BOSTON REDSOX with the first pick (I cannot cut and paste on this device).

And Congratulations to BDWARD whose team consisting of Indians/Twins bested HITTMENS Reds/Angels in 5 games to win the finals of the 16th season !

ok time to brag I have made the post season in both seasons that I have played
The first year the playoff teams were as follows

Dodgers/Brewers 2nd pick
Yanks/Rangers 4th pick
Indians/Colorado 8th pick
Atlanta/Athletics 10th pick

Last year
Dodgers/Athletics 1st pick
Yanks/Brewers 2nd pick
Indians/Twins 4th pick
Angels/Reds 11th pick

Notice the only team different were my teams with the Yankees Dodgers and Indians all making it both years.
now one thing to my advantage is that both seasons I was in divisions with mostly late picks including the dreadful Mets twice and the failed tiger mariner experiment which has yielded 77 and then 76 wins. My suggestion going forward based on the huge advantage to having early picks 1,2,4 last year and 2,4 and lets face it the Indians should have never dropped to 8, the year before is to group divisions by picks 1-2-3-4 in the west 5-6-7-8 central and 9-10-11-12 east. I put the last picks in the east because those teams will be picked first.
