Matt Mantei 2003 AZ RP
Carlos Beltran 2003 KC CF

Great job Rosie!

For 18.1, I'd like to see a 25 card add for players with zero or one card, with the bulk of the add being pre-2000. We could start by including the 6 cards above, then vote on the remaining 19.

Thanks,
Bill

Just sent 17.4 to John. I anticipate them to be a nice X-Mas, Hanukkah or Kwanzaa (whichever you celebrate) present to us all.

Thanks and definitely a solid suggestion.

Now that 17.4 is in the books I like to look at the all the cards we've added as well as a rolling last 4 adds, to determine if there are any holes we're missing or collective adds that have been heavy for this or that. Once I review I'll post my thoughts and suggested direction. Very well could be what you suggested, or close.

Thanks for everyone's involvement in this process. I know we don't all get the exact cards we want every time but I see this as an added layer of enjoyment, not frustration. I also would rather have passionate, opinionated participation rather than a bunch of who gives a sh**.

If I take the highest group vote (1960-1999) and divide that by the number of votes per member we get 85 unique voters. Let's see if we can break that in 18.1. This years Barnstormers event has 174 participants, our target audience. As always I'm open to tweaks of this process to be more efficient and more inclusive.

tks!

don't know about efficient, but if there was a way to send messages to all current teams in active leagues, that might work towards more inclusion - since as far as I know, some players don't spend much time here on the boards and some don't spend any - I know I don't come to the boards more than a few times a month.
