Start of 2018 Tournament Play

The tournament will be run in the same fashion as in previous years.

We'll make a cutoff for tournament sign-ups sometime in the first week of January and have someone run the randomizer at that time. Each owner will be randomly assigned a league based on the the randomizer. Leagues will start to form immediately after the leagues have been assigned. Owners will have til midnight Jan 9 to either load their teams or notify us that they will be loading; otherwise they may be replaced by people on the wait list or fill ins.
