I have two questions about the White Elephant draft.

1) If the 11th and/or 12th drafters do not steal in a round, whom drafts next? Back to 1. "D"?

2) Are the 11th and/or 12th drafters in each round able to steal from previous rounds, or only the current round?

If 11 and/or 12 do not steal, they stay in their positions for the next round.
As we go from round to round, 1-10 serpentine.
If anyone picking 1-10 in a round gets their pick stolen, they pick right after 12 that round, and then move into one of the 11/12 spots for the next round.

2) Are the 11th and/or 12th drafters in each round able to steal from previous rounds, or only the current round?

No, they can only steal from the then-current round picks. ie once a round finishes, all players chosen that round are locked into whoever has them.
