*Looking for 2* 2 season handicapped league

Maybe just pick a different handicap for 17 cards-

I recognize that some of the handicaps may work out more advantageously than others.

my proposal: after season 1 any manager may choose to keep their handicap if they want (the 2 teams that make the finals must release theirs). some may want to re-draft and try a new one to theoretically have a better chance in season 2.

a draft is then held for all managers without a team to prepare for season 2. We will then commence with the same 2 round player/stadium draft and play the 2nd season with the 2017 set.

of course, we still need a couple more managers before we can start any of this.

I must add that we will have to have a redraft for 2017 as injuries, arms, totals change...might we also have some sort of keeper ability as well say 10 or 15 players...or would we rather switch handicaps in the second season?
