Software bugs

I just brought a team credit, but I can't start the team. I have encountered this before. Please fix it.

I keep having the same problem. I buy a team, but I can't start one. Your software just loops to ask for another order. Please fix it. I am tired of this constantly having to ask for help.

It's a week into January and I still have the same problem. I have two team credits. I tried to start a team, and all I get is the buy another team window. please fix this.
