Denial of Service?

Once they lose their loyal customers they're never coming back and that's how companies go out of business (I've been a Som customer for almost 40 years and this kind of stuff is testing my patience). So much for customer loyalty!

If guys like mightymoose who has done more than most anyone I know to drive interest and sales cannot get them to respond.....

If guys like last druid and salty who have spent lots of money cannot get their attention ...

If an addict like Nev gets so fed up he leaves the building .....

Face to face leagues on Skype. Who needs them.

Hell with skype, Netplay had gotten much better. I"m in several leagues that use it. The only thing is they don't have the ATG format on CDROM

Prefer lower tech. We have all the ATG cards right here and access to them from buying our past teams. Nothing to stop us from printing them and playing with them.

Jeez!! I wish I didn't have 9 credits left.

Really the only way to get their attention at this point is to just stop buying teams and joining leagues. If we could cooperate as a community to achieve this, we would at least get a response and maybe some positive change. Otherwise they seem to have little incentive to do anything other than what they have been doing for years on end, which pretty makes us the chumps. Everyone operates out of their narrow, perceived self-interest, but if we cooperated for the greater good of the community they would have to change or fold up their operation.

I'm all for it

we better have some communication other than on here if that's going to be the case.

Of course all this could be avoided if they actually did the work they've promised for years now, but asking too much it is.
