excellent point, is anyone out there. Members are constantly (and rightly) blasting som and Garcia and not a peep in response. How hard would it be for someone from the company to at least read the boards, or have key words like shit-hole or Garcia to raise a flag.

Damn straight!! Long live Fox News - your totally true, never fudged, always insightful source for news!!!! Why is it that people on Fox always complain about liberal MSM and conservatives not being heard yet they are broadcasting on a MSM station that is clearly not liberal? Doesn't that make them hypocrites?

OK, that is my only post about politics in this forum as no one will ever admit their views are anything but 100% correct.
Back to how SOM ignores us. I just hope this site doesn't fold before my multi-seasons leagues are finished and I have useless credits in my account.

Not likely that the self-serving and self-congratulatory Richman et al., will be closing up shop anytime soon. Otherwise they wouldn't have invested the money in "upgrading" their server.

Most likely they will continue to ignore us just as they have for years and money will continue to trickle in at a more or less steady pace because while people complain about our treatment, they continue to play the game. And that is what SOM counts on and why they shortsightedly refuse to change or even offer the barest pretense of customer service.
