This may be a dumb question but what about players with cards in multiple franchises? I assume that the player that drafts him gets him, as long as he's on the correct roster, correct? For example, if I take Pittsburgh and manage to draft Bonds I can use his Pitt card and the Giants team is out of luck.

All you have to do is pick your franchise. You don't have to put your team together until all the franchise picks are made.
