****** last season there was a 3 way tie for the best record; because Fraank123 beat up on me in the regular season he was determined to have finished first and my team was the wildcard. Thus BDward by virtue of also finishing first would have been ranked higher than my team. If anyone has a problem with this ranking please speak up, I really don't

Questions:

1) I know that if a player has cards for multiple franchises he belongs to the team for which he has the highest salary card, but does the team that has his rights have to USE the highest priced card or can they use any card the player has?

2) If the team for which the player has the highest priced card is not one of our franchise, can the next highest priced card be claimed by the franchise that has the next highest salary card? EX: Jennings, Radbourne.

the way it works is if you have the highest card then you can use any card. If the player is not used by the highest card holder after the season starts then he is available to the mgr with the next highest card who can also use any card. by gentleman's agreement if you think the mgr with the highest card is not going to use him you may ask to use the player and put him on your team before the season starts.

In short Gamiam....if you have the rights to a players highest salaried card, you can use any cards in the set belonging to that player. Example, Giants own Bonds rights , but they can use his Pirates card if they so desired.

Also we are using the Post WWII card set.....no NEL players included with the exception of S Paige who belongs to Indians.

Congratulations to FRAANK123 whose team consisting of the Cubs and Royals defeated yours truly ( Redsox and Rangers) in a close 7 game series winning the season 17 championship. I believe it was the first time either the Cubs or Redsox made it to the finals.
