Allow stadium switch after 2 years in current park:

Ok, this was the original proposal and we now have the super majority of 8 approvals so it's passed. I'll get back to this in a minute, but first I want to address the new owners. It has always been customary in the leagues I run, and in every one I've played in as well, to allow an incoming new manager to switch the ball park if they so desire. I had Fredpaii and Roscodog hold off on picking their new stadiums until I saw whether or not this proposal passed because i wasn't sure how we should handle dropping/picking of new stadiums. The proposal as stated doesn't mention any mechanism for how to handle it. Is it a separate draft? is it included with the Free Agent draft? How is the order determined? We'll probably have another vote to decide if it's a separate draft or included as part of the Free Agent draft.
All that said, I'm going to allow the two new orders, Fredpaii and Roscodog, to go ahead and pick their stadiums now, Fredpaii first, then Rosco. I feel that is the least we can do as a thank you to these guys for stepping in and allowing the league to keep going. So fredpaii, please feel free to post your stadium and when he does Rosco, you may then pick as well.
As for the rest of us, we have a new vote (
Fredpaii &
Rosco please vote too). I'm going to give you two options with simple majority. I wil not vote so we can't have a tie. If you vote YEA for option 1, you vote NAY for option 2. no abstentions, not "I don't cares"
Stadium Draft options:
OPTION 1: There will be a separate stadium draft immediately following the free agent draft, draft order the same as the Free Agent draft, where teams, after spending two years in their current stadium and declaring they dropped their stadium with their players drops, will pick new stadiums for their teams that will be the stadium for the tema for 2 years unless a new manager takes over the team.
YEA
NAY
OPTION 2: Those teams, after spending two years in their current stadium and declaring they dropped their stadium with their players drops, will pick new stadiums for their teams during the free agent draft. These teams will be allowed up to 16 picks ( to consist of a maximum of 15 players and 1 stadium)in the draft instead of 15. The pick may happen at anytime during the draft. Once picked this will be the stadium for this team for 2 years, unless a new manager takes over.
YEA
NAY
