I would recommend that as each person puts out their draft choices, they should update all players in their list with the salary of the card version that they plan to use.
"All players drafted on the ILC Board must be for the highest price available, unless you declared a lower priced version during the ILC process" -I'm drafting the highest price Morgan and Larry Walker and assumed any pick without a price is also the highest priced card.
