Now that I'm not commissioner, and this isn't quite as self serving, I'd like to make a rule proposal for next year, that allows for us to swap stadiums after keeping one for a minimum of 2 years. I believe everyone would be eligible to drop their parks next year under this proposal.

Allow stadium switch after 2 years in current park:

YES - 7 votes (Ninersphan/Kev/edub/Palmtana/Cubit/Smitty/ hawk)

NO

I'm assuming everyone is on board with this (as it got lost after 7 votes and rules say we need 8).

Bill - how did you see this playing out?

A few other keepers I'm in allow any round to choose any available stadium. If changing stadiums though, it must be part of your FA player drops prior to the draft.

Doesn't mater to me, you can make it a seperate drat or as part of the Spring Free agent draft, whatever is easier for you. I just want out of Pac Bell
