Help with weird Kingman injury result

Kingman injured for 4 games on a walkoff single against Vuckovich (RHP).

Kingman gets injured with two LO max, 1 Strikeout, 1 flyball A and 1 flyball B(?)

I'm guessing he got injured on an advanced rule that isn't shown. A deep flyball with the outfielders playing shallow to prevent the winning run from scoring. Does anyone have a different idea on how he got injured with a single?

Based on his stats so far and it being a flyball A , it seems likely to be his 1975 card.

A "B?" means the runner on third has a chance to score using his speed rating and the outfielder's arm

The outfield was playing in since the winning run was on third. So, you are correct that you got a flyball A result. Here are the rules for outfield playing in:

Bringing the Outfield In at the End of the Game

You may position the outfield IN at the end of the game when the winning run is on third with less than 2 outs. When the outfield is positioned IN make the following adjustments.

Consider all readings of "flyball A" and "flyball B" to be single with the runner on third scoring automatically.
On a reading of "flyball B?" subtract 7 from the baserunner's speed instead of adding +2.
